How many times have you gone out to your favorite hotspot only to find it’s dead as a doornail; and on a usually busy night? What is the first thing you ask yourself? “Where’s everybody at tonight?”
Well, now, there’s an app for that. BoyGo … the first ever app that puts you in the know … A brand new and incredibly useful tool for any gay man who enjoys the nightlife!
The app will show you a list of gay and gay friendly venues/events in your current location, along with a count of how many are checked in to each venue and how many are planning to attend for that day! Using GPS location services to detect when you are near a venue or event, the app will AUTO POP-UP a check in screen allowing you to check in to that venue or event. BOOM!!! How easy is that?? But that is not all … the app also allows you to “plan” on attending a venue for the entire week and also allows you to see how many are planning to attend for the current week as well! (You can plan on attending Events up until Event dates) Awesome and Useful Info!!
The app will always default to venues in your current GEO Location. I’m sure you can see how this makes BoyGo the perfect travel companion! You can be in the “know” no matter where you are in the country. You can also search by City, State or Zip.
But there is more … not only will you see a total checked in per venue/event but you will also see a breakdown/count of “types” per venue/event. For example: Avg, Slim, Muscled, Bear, Bodybuilder, Leather, Leather Muscle, etc. And if that were not enough, we added in stats for age ranges and relationship status as well! So now you can see how many of what type of guys, age ranges and if they are single, coupled or open, per venue/event! All together in one App.
We’ve also included a “Redeem Button.” This button never has any guaranteed value whatsoever, but can be used by the Venue or Event as they see fit. For example, a venue may say, “Show us your BoyGo check in and use your Redeem button for free cover!” Just another great feature that venues can use to get the boys checking in and BoyGo’ing!
All these great features will definitely bring the “life” back to “nightlife” and we have much more planned in the next versions to come.
